This page has been established to assist members of the media and other interested parties with inquiries regarding Fatality and High Priority Incidents investigated by the Indiana Occupational Safety and Health Administration (IOSHA). The following is not a complete list of all work-related fatalities in Indiana; however, those posted are within IOSHA jurisdiction. While attempting a rescue the plumber's helper was also overcome and hospitalized.
